Strengthen Positive Core Beliefs

What we say to ourselves has an enormous impact on how we feel and what we do. It is helpful to replace negative core beliefs with more positive beliefs. To strengthen a positive new core belief, every day look hard for evidence or facts that suggest the new beliefs are, in fact, true. To increase your believability in a new positive core belief, actively look for compelling and persuasive facts and evidence that support the new belief. Chipping away at negative core beliefs and believing in positive new core beliefs takes repeated practice and time. It can be helpful to visualize your positive and negative beliefs as images outside of yourself.
